Dr. Nazeer is a retired scientist, NASA projects. He holds a Ph.D. from Cornell University, Ae.E. and MS degrees from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), MBA from Rider University, and BE from the University of Mysore. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of California. He was a Professor at the University of New Mexico and was Principal Scientist on the NASA Hubble Space Telescope as well as a Team Lead on the Lunar Landing Project. His publications have appeared in various international scientific journals and he holds twelve United States Patents. He is currently a Member of the State Knowledge Commission in the State of Karnataka, India and is a Director of the World Organization for Resource Development and Education, Washington, DC.
